It is useful for investors to keep an eye on new issues hitting the market. The Recent Listings page publishes companies and investment products that have recently listed on Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) or TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) including New Listings, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Capital Pool Company IPOs, Qualifying Transactions, Reverse Takeovers, Graduations and Other.
The listings are posted by date and provide symbols, sectors and brief descriptions among other information.

Some of the different types of listings you'll see:
Initial Public Offering (IPO) – A new issue of securities offered to the public for investment for the very first time.
Capital Pool Company (CPC) – Program offered by the TSX Venture Exchange to provide businesses an opportunity to obtain financing earlier in their development than might be possible with a regular IPO.
Qualifying Transactions – Occurs when a newly created CPC purchases an existing business or assets of a private company. The private company then becomes a fully-owned subsidiary of the CPC.
Reverse Takeover – a take-over of an issuer already listed on TSX or TSXV
